It was a scare tactic because any good lawyer would advise their client to step down in this situation but she KNOWS he won't. He LOVES the control and power and money.

Also, I think they are holding onto her "failing" multiple evaluations over the years. But what they fail to recognize is that she likely failed them because THEY were the ones keeping her sick and not rehabilitating her. Once her father is gone, she will feel liberated and her mental health will be elevated. And then she can get the proper therapy and get better and GET OUT of the conservatorship.

Also, Lynne's lawyers have access to everything and they agree with termination as well.

Rosengart is a former prosecutor. He will take one look at the records and immediately know they belong in jail.

Even if Britney does have a mental illness considered as "severe" in the medical world, literally no illness she possibly could have would justify the conservatorship. It's clearly not severe enough to stop them from putting her on stage for 13 years and make her do stunts for performances.
