Penny has no legitimate reason to refuse Britney's right to hire her own counsel. And with all these eyes on her now, there will be an outcry if she does.

Sounds like they recently spoke to her, maybe that’s where she got daddy Matthew from

It's really great news, Judge doesn't have any legitimate reason to now allow this - for example if she doesn't it would be a professional suicide for her. Wednesday, bring some good news.

It’s occurred to me in the past few days that Team Con wants to say Britney doesn’t have capacity to hire a lawyer, not only because they know an independently-selected lawyer would decimate them - but also because they know that if the court finally acknowledges that Britney has the capacity to hire a lawyer, then it leaves the door open for - what else does she have capacity for, then? Should she have even been in the cship at all? And that makes everyone look bad, including the judge. I REALLY hope the thought of the public outcry she’ll get if she refuses will overrule that concern in her mind.

Reva did that because no one was paying attention. If Penny does that, she'll be in hot water trouble as everyone knows there's not even a capacity declaration.

Many paths opened to Britney. The question is: which one she will choose? (gonna guess she'll go with Rosengart)

Personally I'd go with Rosengart and accept the decision-making support as she'll be able to hear second opinions.
