Jodi switches it up now thinks Britney’s cons is unfair

Recommended Posts

Britney Spears is feeling the support from the conservator of her person Jodi Montgomery.

Several days after Montgomery accused Britney's father Jamie Spears ofspending $2 million of her funds to defend himself, a source close to the Spears family tells PEOPLE that Britney, 39, is "happy" with her conservator fighting for her and against her father in their ongoing drama.

"Britney is doing well. She is excited to see how everything is moving forward. She is happy that Jodi is pushing back against Jamie's claims," the source says. "She feels like Jodi is very supportive."

In court documents filed last Friday, Montgomery's attorney Lauriann Wright condemned Britney's father for attempting to blame Montgomery for the singer's alleged treatment under her conservatorship. ("It is ironic that Mr. Spears now wants the conservatorship to 'reflect her wishes,' since it is no secret that Ms. Spears has wished her father out of her life for years," the document read.)

A representative for Jamie did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment about the allegations.

The insider tells PEOPLE that Montgomery has been working hard to push for Britney's wishes.

"Jodi has made it clear that she will do everything in her power to help Britney get out of the conservatorship," says the source. "She agrees that Britney's situation is unfair and just not right."

The insider also adds that "Britney still has no contact with her dad."

I’m not buying Jodi’s sudden “we are getting this thing terminated ASAP” BS.  I think it’s also funny that in these documents, she is ADMITTING that she KNEW how badly Britney wanted Jamie removed, yet what did she do to attempt to remove him!?

Look you’re not wrong I mean this is literally why the pic outside of this is two rats fighting but omg if she ends this just to spite colon. I will personally eat her out

To be fair...

The only bad thing that Britney said about Jodi during her testimony is that, "Even Jodi is taking it too far with me," and that was by making her go to therapy twice a week at a location in Westlake instead of once a week at Britney's house.

Britney did soften her stance and clarify at the end of her statement that she wasn't opposed to therapy — she was only opposed to doing it twice a week and at an outside location.

The rest?

The IUD, the lack of termination, etc., can all be blamed on either Jamie for not approving expenses or Ingham for not clarifying the law.

It's not Jodi's job to clarify the law to Britney...That's on Ingham.

True.

Britney has made it clear that she wants to terminate the conservatorship...So she's not going to be singing Jodi's praises at the same time as saying that she wants to terminate.

But realistically, at this point it's much smarter to replace Ingham, keep Jodi for the time being, and then file to terminate once she has all of her legal ducks in a row.

Jodi seems open to working with her...And Jodi does this professionally for a living, so the last thing she wants is to have the reputation of her business dragged through the mud.

she also said she wanted to sue jodi... dont fall for this - jodi is just as bad or maybe worse, she's just saving face... like her mom.

where was this support before this went public?

She did say that...Because she came out swinging at the start...But then she softened her tone at the end..

"I'd like for my boyfriend to be able to drive me in his car, and I want to meet with a therapist once a week, not twice a week, and I want him to come to my home, because I actually know I can take a little therapy (laughing)."

I'm not saying that Jodi is a "best case scenario."

I'm saying that I think Britney knows that sticking with Jodi for now is the best way to work her way out of a mess that Jodi wasn't a part of creating.

Exactly! Britney wants 100% freedom from this abusive and corrupt system yall, Remind yourselves of that fact. This is all childs play and Jody’s effort to save face.  None of these MFs should stay. No new care plan and No more shenanigans from any of these vile human beings. Yall should see through everyone of them.
as Britney would say “ They should all be in Jail.”

Your not staying for long Jody girl, because once Rosengart represents Britney, it’s over for ALL OF YOU. Bye. :smokney_britney_smoke_cigarette_chaotic_2004_exhale_blow:

I think if Ingham would've actually done something to help Britney terminate the conservatorship, she would've been ok with keeping him as the lawyer, but at this point it was obvious he wasn't gonna do anything.

Ingham had the chance to be like Jodi and try to help Britney now, even if it's 13 years too late, yet he decided to quit instead, making him look even worse. He even got us for a bit with what he started doing last year. Not that for helping her now, his past behavior would've been forgotten, but at least it would've been some sort of vindication, which is what Jodi obviously is trying to do now.

Even Jamie himself could've been like, "ok, it's over, I'm out" and escape before more dirty stuff comes out, but he's so demented that he will keep dragging this as much as he can.

So they are now doing the job they were supposed to do since the very beginning..... :ohi_okay_chewing_gum_well_welp:

After Britney finally spoke up :ohi_okay_chewing_gum_well_welp:

After she spoke up and said she wanted to sue them all :ohi_okay_chewing_gum_well_welp:

After exposing the unlawful dynamics they made her go through and hiring an actual lawyer :ohi_okay_chewing_gum_well_welp:

Now, suddenly all of them want to work for Britney's wishes when her wishes were very clear since 13 years ago. Wow, they are so sensitive. Daddy really loves her. :gerlwat_sunglasses_cigarette_looking_what_blink:

Jodi is saving face, facts. She doesnt want to go down with the ship after Britney's testimony but was damm well enjoying her stay sipping drinks at the bar as if it was a lustful gay cruise or something. She has a "career" and as soon that was in danger she sided with Britney in a very strange way.

But one thing she wants from her last filing that I agree 100% is: she is asking the judge that the investigation Jamie wants to do should no be ruled untill Britney has her own legal council.

Jodi made a point in my book with that one, but its still not enough to clean all the mud she smeared herself with in the first place. Not to mention this is not the first case old lady Jodi is beeing accused of malpractice  :useeinthis_chew_eating_pink:
