This is a very good productive discussion on disability right with Jia Tolentino, where the state can take away your rights from legal council, something that even a murderer still have the rights to. I really like this discussion because it’s not about what Daddy said or think, but what is flawed in probate court in general. I thought I need to share this:
 

This is a loophole that has been used by corrupt lawyers and judges to capitalize on conservatorship abuse. I can see the pressure for the state to stay silent about this because it will open hundreds of lawsuit that can cost billions of dollars. The federal government and law enforcement might feel differently though. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. Britney vs State of California is coming.

I was literally wondering today if Britney would sue the state of California. I mean every single safeguard in place failed her. Something has to be done.

She could. Story of Britney alone is already very big in the media. Once she’s free, there are going to be dozens lawyers who will back her up. She can gather the entire Californians who has been the victim of conservatorship abuse and sue the hell out of Goetz and Ingham. The lawyers who made Britney’s victory will get A LOT from the court settlement, not to mention the publicity, so they’ll make sure of that. And with Britney case, it’s easier as well because everything is documented in the internet. Thoreen can’t say anything when there’s a picture of her gawking in the hospital like a vulture when Britney got 5150 lockdown.
