State of California Bar Association Investigator replies to Samuel Ingham complaint!

I completed my State of California bar complaint against Samuel Ingham and I received this in the mail today.

What a joke! Ingham is probably threatened to whistle blow the entire probate attorney if he get disbarred. Let FBI disbar him then.

Not surprised. Basically sounds like, "lol, you're not involved and you don't have concrete evidence, bye." I figured they'd probably not take our complaints seriously since we're outsiders looking in, unfortunately. Still, wish the damn CA Bar Association would do SOMETHING given all the noise surrounding Britney's case

So basically, you had valid complaints, but they can't investigate further because it would jeopardize attorney-client privilege 🤦‍♂️

Meanwhile, Britney didn't even have the privilege to choose her own attorney.

Basically the letter says that members of the public lack standing to file a complaint because they are not a party to the case and the allegations made are not about themself, but someone else.

And because of that, they close the case.

It seems they’d only be able to act on/consider the allegations if the “client” aka Britney were somehow involved in filing the complaint.

So, this is an action that Britney herself can do, as she was directly impacted by Ingham’s poor performance/lack of action.
