Does anyone else think that when she said she didn't know she could file a petition to end it..... she meant she didn't know that she personally could file that petition? 

Logically speaking, it doesn't make any sense that someone whom a court have deemed "incapable" to retain their own counsel can then file to terminate it themselves.

Just a thought... given how hung up on that issue TMZ appear to be.

they can refute all her claims, that would be only to save their *****, but that doesn't remove the fact that she wants the conservatorship ended and that needs to be more powerful than determining whether there was abuse or not (she can still sue them later)

Yes, definitely. I also think it’s the first time, it was “officially” revealed, what an underhanded, disgusting way it started. It is pretty damning they had a less than 10 minute long hearing where Britney wasn’t present and they also waived her right of 5 days notice before the Conservatorship took place not to mention she got anchored with Scam Income III 😎

Totally. The texts they’re trying to use probably won’t be from her phone. Unless it’s a recording of her saying the words, I wouldn’t believe it.

TMZ deleted that article shortly after posting it. This one, however, is still up after 45 minutes. My guess is this is legit.

Why on earth does TMZ keep trying to spin this as if Britney was lying? If she changed her mind about going on tour so the **** what?! People are allowed to change their minds. They need to focus on the fact that Britney is a victim of conservatorship abuse, point blank period. So sick how they could try and manipulate this to make her seem like a guilty party.
