A Sensitive Conversation: Does Judge Brenda Penny enjoy the power of keeping a legendary white southern woman enslaved?

Let me preface this by saying, this is an incredibly sensitive topic and I believe any replies should be treated with the utmost care and sensitivity. 

Judge Brenda Penny is an extremely successful and powerful African American woman. Britney Spears is the epitome of the ‘’American Dream’’, which is a complex concept considering the history of America, not to mention the present day America. Britney is a white woman from the south, which alone comes with many preconceived racial implications. She is by the most powerful pop culture phenomenon since Madonna and a lot of Britney’s success is rooted in white America.

I don’t think it’s out of the question to think that part of the reason Judge Brenda Penny is not doing more for Britney and is seemingly unfairly opposed to Britney’s freedom, is a powerful racial bias towards her because of the history (and modern day situation) of the United States.

I did consider this, but Jamie is a much smaller player in the grand scheme of things. The power is seemingly within controlling the freedom and life of Britney Spears, which ultimately comes down to the decisions of Judge Brenda Penny. At this point, this woman determines the future of Britney and any decisions relating to her.

I had the same feeling boo… Maybe I’m reaching, who knows, but I did have that thought briefly, hopefully I’m insane and wrong and seeing things that aren’t there… but if that’s the case… how scary.

And yeah, it happens… racism is sadly alive in the US… with that said I do not get that vibe from her, but who knows.

It's got nothing to do with race. This is just power and greed. If it were about race and if it is believed that she is on board with team C-ship, why would she fall in line with all white people?
