There's a reason why she fired him in 2006-7...... She doesn't trust him since many many years before, so how he coudn't be involved? He's a big part of conservatorship, he absolutely works/worked with Jamie on many levels.

The only reason he was reinstated in 2008 was because of the conservatorship as he is a family friend of the Spears' close to both her mom and dad. It's funny he says she asked him to return when all she had to say before the c-ship was bad things about him and then right after the c-ship happened he returned out of nowhere clearly because her dad reinstated him as reported in the New Yorker investigation. His loyalty is completely with the conservatorship and there's a reason she doesn't talk to him in over 2 years.

Just because he’s not “legally” involved in the conservatorship it doesn’t mean he hasn’t been all over her life and career and aware + complicit in everything that has happened to her  Same with Lou, they think they are so clever and safe… They can fool themselves but they can’t fool the world
