No. She needs to tell the court appointed lawyer, Ingham, that she wants a new conservator lawyer. Ingham may have a conflict of interest. Failing that, she can try to submit an affidavit to the court herself requesting a new conservatorship lawyer. Assuming of course she really does want out.
