Ingham told Bessemer Trust the Conservatorship was Voluntary

In a declaration attached to Bessemer Trust’s Application to Resign that was filed today, the company states that it was told by Sam Ingham that the conservatorship was voluntary. In light of Britney’s statement to the Court on June 23rd, they do not believe that to be the case.

The irony is...

Everything that Bessemer, Ingham, Viv, Jamie, and the entire gang are saying in their public statements is doing nothing but giving Britney legal ammunition.

They're practically writing the termination papers for her!

I mean there's no denying they're more concerned about their own bums, but they really helped Britney with that particular point. Pretty much calling Ingham a liar publicly - which he is. But Bessemer saying that in an official statement holds a lot of weight.

I don’t think he is THAT stupid to tell them such a thing if it was false. He wouldn’t ruin his career this way.

I wouldn't be shocked if they've already reached out to Britney to ask if they can manage her Estate once the conservatorship is terminated.

It would be wise of them from a business standpoint.

I don't think Ingham is lying.

Neither is Vivian Thoreen.

They've known all along that the law says she can file to terminate without an evaluation...It's the visitation agreement with Kevin that is the issue...They have blackmailed her.

They did NOT expect her to speak up. It's like they covered all basis to keep the c-ship going but never thought Britney would talk. 

I wonder why they underestimated her so much?

"I was told by the parties" meaning that not only Ingham but Jamie also said it was a voluntary conservatorship. By that statement, it shows that even though Bessemer wasnt aproved by Penny yet, Jamie already contacted them.  Jamie was accused by Ingham for trying to make deals with Bessemer behind the court's back last year.

Yep!

They withheld information about the law, and then dangled the carrot.

But now Britney knows...And I can't wait for her next move.
