Judge Brenda Penny signed off on Bessemer Trust, a bank, becoming co-conservators alongside Jamie Spears.

Britney is adamant she does not want her father in control whatsoever. Bessemer would have split power between them and Jamie, however they don't want any part of this mess.

Yesterday, Judge Brenda Penny signed off on Bessemer Trust, a bank, becoming co-conservators alongside Jamie Spears.

Britney is adamant she does not want her father in control whatsoever. Bessemer would have split power between them and Jamie, however they don't want any part of this mess.

Per the @NYTimes, Bessemer will resign as co-conservator over Britney's estate citing "irreparable harm to her interests" following her heartbreaking testimony.

TMZ reports "Bessemer doesn't want to deal with Jamie Spears, but three's more. It has issues, we're told, with Britney's lawyer, Sam Ingham, along with all of the public outcry over her case."

This means Jamie Spears remains as the sole conservator over Britney's estate.

Even a professional organization doesn't want to be a part of this corrupt mess. The fact that they want out literally one day after they get appointed speaks volumes about this whole thing. Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Bessemer Trust has decided it does not want to get involved because it's become gun-shy over all the controversy surrounding the conservatorship.

As one source put it ... Bessemer feels the circumstances surrounding Britney's conservatorship have become a "hornet's nest" ... so it's bailing.

Our sources say Bessemer doesn't want to deal with Jamie Spears, but three's more. It has issues, we're told, with Britney's lawyer, Sam Ingham, along with all of the public outcry over her case ...
especially after Britney's courtroom cry for help last week.

That means, at least for now, Britney's dad will remain sole conservator of her estate.

We broke the story ... the judge denied attorney Ingham's request to suspend Jamie from estate conservatorship duties back in November. However, the judge did approve Bessemer being made co-conservator along with Jamie, but it still hasn't taken effect yet because Ingham waited until a few days ago to file the necessary documents for that to happen.

It'll all be a moot point now ... because Bessemer's getting out.

They are very wise. Anyone who get tangled in this web will get bad publicity for sure. The amount of publicity from this is HUGE. They might alienate their other clients that don’t feel safe dealing with a firm with bad reps. Not to mention how people are coming for Penny’s weave now lol.

This isn’t good. This isn’t a win. If Britney is trapped in the conservatorship she at least could have some peace of mind her father could no longer act solely on his own and there would have been an independent third party working in her best interests alongside him (at least temporarily until he was removed). 
 

If we are indeed missing something such as imperative medical evaluations done over the years which will secure Britney in this for some time to come, then we should only want independent third party professionals working for her, not her family.

IMO this is good in the sense that there isn't more parties being added to this situation. Bad that Jamie Spears remains in total power.
