This seems imposible.

Probate courts are slow as molasses traditionally. This is upsetting but not surprising.

I know legal process are slow BUT after say her father is a sociopath, the judge  should automatically move him from the Cship. 

And put some emergency plan meanwhile.

The cship can't stop in one week. As fans we can put the light on things, support as we can. We help a lot for people to wake up about her case. It's a matter of time but I understand it's frustating, we want this Circus to end.

Her petition to end the conservatorship still hasn't been filed, so once that's submitted hopefully we'll see some wheels start turning!
