Lou's name obviously comes up a ton, and is mentioned a lot in the eat, pray, Britney podcast I've been consuming. But still I feel like I haven't heard a good explanation of Lou, just snippets. If she's often credited as the mastermind behind the c-ship, why did she leave it? Didn't she leave the scene a few years ago?
