Jamie and Vivian are so stupid that Britney talks from 2018 onwards. Meaning that HE still was the conservator of the person. So now HE wants an investigation based on Britney's testimony when HE was the one being accused the most? And HE wants permission so HE can start said investigation on HIS own? Plus, as conservator of the estate, HE is the one that has  to aprove payments for medication, therapists and the mental health facility HE sent her. Make it make sense Jamie, you apointed Jodi only in september 2019

They can and should investigate this thoroughly but it should have no bearing on Brit's freedom. If anything, it underscores the urgency of addressing termination.

A toddler could have predicted nobody would step forward and take responsibility. Of course they'd turn to the very legal machinations that put them in power.

It's the perfect crime.

Even the fact that the court cannot consider a petition to terminate without her lawyer submitting documents is itself an affront to our constitutional right to expedient due process and representation. They heard straight from the woman's mouth that she wanted to file for termination and that the people around her are not acting in her best interest - so why tf is she having to rely on them still? She was representing herself in that moment, clear as day, what else do they want?

It's like saying nobody can call the cops on a bank robber except the robber himself - and only if the bank compensates the robber handsomely for the trouble of making the call. It's such an unbelieveable injustice, I just don't understand how this can be.
