She absolutely is the victim of narcissistic abuse. Her POS father & co. came in like "saviors" only because they recognized there was much to be gained at exploiting this lovely, innocent, pure soul. They "locked up" their victim via the legal system so she wouldn't escape once strong enough to fight back. The father strikes me as a low-level narcissist, but he surrounded himself with high-functioning ones and together they plotted something beyond evil.
