Does Hawaii hurt her Case?

Britney gave a powerful testimony but does it look bad that days later she is in Hawaii? Are people going to question it when she said she’s not allowed to see her friends and was unable to get her nails and hair done last year?

I highly doubt it. It's understandable she would want to get away from her abusers when she has just exposed them to the entire world and from the paparazzi when this is literally the biggest story out of the entire time she has been in the public eye.

I didn’t say she doesn’t. What I’m saying is she is claiming she is restricted but then went away days later. I just hope people don’t think of her lying. We know she’s not but others may not

Also she clearly said in court she has to do and X, Y and Z before she is allowed to go away, so it clearly shows she was forced to do things before being allowed to go away.

She said they forced her to go to therapy or she couldn't go away, she literally went to therapy the day before the hearing - further proof to what she said.

If anything it shows that yet again she’s gone to Hawaii on holiday and is able to do this despite being supposedly “incapacitated”. 

Also I don’t blame her for wanting to get away the media attention for this has (and was always going to be) huge.

Jamie wanted the conservatorship to extend to Hawaii, Florida and I think Louisiana, all the places she visits, which means outside of California, she's her own guardian.
