Order filed today appointing Jamie Spears & Bessemer Trust co-conservators of Britney's Estate

Emily Baker did a good job explaining it.

If Britney wanted to appoint Bessemer Trust, this is good. Once the filed petition is approved by the court, they have the power to review all finances since the beginning of the conservatorship. So, if they were on Britney's side (and that is a BIG IF), they may find inconsistencies in Britney's finances.

If the reports about team conservatorship allegedly mishandling her money were true, Bessemer can catch that (unless they were good at hiding it).

Another thing that frustrated me in Emily's video is that Jamie can actually sign a contract on her behalf, and then make her work for it so the contract is not breached... No one Britney was so angry in her testimony!

It’s special orders for Britney’s case right? It’s inhumane and they’ve abused their power. This should be taken to the federal level.

The thing is, they have the right to do that, as "acting in Britney's best interest" since she cant take decisions by herself. Like, that is totally legal for them to do that.

Yes and they know her best interest better than her according to the court so must be all okay. This is really scary stuff.

No, they can’t. Unfortunately, Britney’s court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, was hired by Jamie in 2008(!) and history has shown that he’s never acted in Britney’s best interest. She needs to thank him for his services (yeah, right) and ask him to step down so she can hire a lawyer of her own choice and then file a petition to terminate the conservatorship.

Of course all they do send her to hawaii so she won't know and talk. And then their cash cow is back they'll start another care plan. The first tweet needs its own thread asap, people need to know for sure how unreliable sam ingham is, a lot of the fans still have hope hes on her side but clearly he is not and has never been, this is really dangerous because britney is relying completely on him to file her requests, if he doesnt file for permission so she can get another lawyer this will never end for her 

And btw how ****ty of him to rat out your own client to her enemies in court?? Since when something like cussing makes you a bad mother that should lose custody rights?

Britney has told all of this in front of the whole world, and she has done nothing. We have to do something quickly to get the FBI to deal with it. Before it's too late, because Britney is in huge danger.
