How come Sam ingham did not let Britney know she could file for a petition?

With their years together and according to Britney they had formed a relationship, how come Sam Ingham, her own lawyer, did not let her know about her option to file for a petition? How come she’s learning about this just now? Sam ingham is sketchy AF

I think he’s too small of a fish to stand up for her; he knew what was happening and let it happen as it was good money coming in and I guess he has no sense of remorse or any type of compassion and decided to let her be a slave so he can have his check every month.

Ingham is just as shady as her management/family/conservators. He’s not looking out for her best interest & was a total weakling in court yesterday.

He gets 10,000/wk to DEFEND HER. Even Lynne’s lawyer did more to help Britney yesterday than Ingham. It’s sad.

Laws were violated in the way the conservatorship was set up.

Ingham is complicit in that.

Team CON have likely been holding that over Ingham's head the entire time.

Ingham knows they're currently violating laws, but he's stuck between a rock and a hard place...So he's been mitigating the situation...Advocating for her, but not fully informing her.

He knows that if she petitions to terminate that Jamie will contest it anyway...So why poke the hornet's nest?

i saw a clip of a professional lawyer assessing his "skills" during the hearing and she was shocked that he even has a license to begin with. he's in for the cash and knows ****

He’s clearly not doing his job in representing his client. She is set up in this racket and it was out out there for the world to see. Hopefully the legal peeps can help get something done.

It was clear yesterday that he ist not a very good lawyer and cannot "fight" with Vivian and co. And it was very clear he was worried people were listening....

On the other hand, as we have been informed before, the conervator has to sign when the conservatee files for termination. Knowing Jamie would never agree, i can understand maybe Ingham told her it was better to remove him first and then let's see...

If I was Britney I would see how much I have left in savings from her ****ty allowance and tell Ingram that he can have half of it if he gets her out.

Britney will certainly file a petition to hire her own lawyer, and considering what happened yesterday with Ingham saying he would step away if Britney asks or Penny herself dismiss him from the case, it will just be given to her. 

My hopes are that she gets Streisand, he still is a very reputable professional and would do everything in his power to make a change for her. Plus, he is much more keen to accept help from other organizations that showed support for Britney like ACLU. They said that if Britney asks (even in a phone call herself), they would just go there and do it. 

Plus Jamie did a lot of legal arrangements regarding Britney's money and inheritance that only a lawer truly acting on her best interest would be able to undo. She needs a new lawyer right now, and then file for termination.
