it's not that hard to decipher when she highlights the key words, in this case: WOMAN

which obviously stands for Women Organized to Make Abuse Nonexistent, Inc. (San Francisco, CA), which website has already been taken down, of course. 

PILOT stands for Payment In Lieu Of Taxes
