billy b makes it seem like it is, he always refers to britney as his mentor on how to give hints on his posts and how he learnt from the best (britney), and this account just commented on one of his posts “ lmfao you kill me!! Im glad ive taught you well’’ and he responded ”crash course from the best” 

the account is @secret__x911 on instagram and it only follows 4 people and has 46 followers, it goes by the name “chefney” and the profile pic is a bunch of red roses

i mean it all sounds silly i know but wether this account is britney’s or not, its obvious that billy b and whoever the person behind this account is wanted us to find out about it or they woudlve never allowed us to see this interaction on a public post when its clearly hinting that its actually britney

Who would make a secret account and put the word "secret" in the account's name? That attracts attention, I believe she's smarter than that so I don't think that is her.
