Professional footage of The Circus Starring: Britney Spears (Request)

Hello people! I have been looking for rare files from the circus tour and have a famous footage from the show at Madison Square Garden that all the fans knows. At the time, in 2009 the person who shot it sold the footage on DVDs, but now I'm looking for this person to ask if he sells / shares the original footage file. The fact that the footage was sold on DVDs (without any care) caused the quality to be lost and the interlacing grouped without being able to remove this defect. Interlacing is these horizontal lines that pull the image to the side. When converting the video, they became fixed and now it is no longer possible to remove it with editing. Do any of you know this person? his name is the one that appears in the printscreen below "NYC B * tch Committee". He sold via email, but stopped responding a few years ago.
