If Ingham hasn't done anything wrong then nothing will happen to him. If he did, then he deserves to be held accountable. Britney has been gambled with both her money and as a person. There can't be anybody worse than Ingham, if anything someone just as bad as him. He has had the power to protect her for thirteen years and he hasn't done it. There is no hope with him. Time to move on, talk the talk and walk the walk.

I think it’s because for the first time in what seems like… forever… Britney is actually about to speak up. Can you imagine if someone who knows nothing about this case has to temporarily step in in the event Ingham is on leave or some **** while being investigated. Would the hearing get postponed because the new person would need access to whatever the **** and time to research. It’s just a bit nerve wracking.

The hearing on June 23 will not be postponed because of this. Cuz if an investigation is initiated, then it will be not earlier than in 2 months (period of pending).

This is obsessive and dangerous. Some of you have no clue how the system works and are stuck on this idea purely to dictate what YOU want for Britney which is no better than a lot of the people around her. She hasn’t even spoken yet. She’s a grown women and will do what she wants and some of you are going to have to accept that. Stop attacking her family. Stop bringing her kids into the mix. Stop the death threats. Stop trying to get her only lawyer fired. That’s not our job. It’s literally crazy. All we know is that she wants Jamie out and Sam is definitely defending her wish. The conservatorship is not ending anytime soon and that’s not the focus at the moment so stop acting crazy. This is the stuff that makes it worse for her. God even her best choreographer Brian had to step away because of how crazy some of you are. Moving forward if you want to support Britney then do so by listening to what SHE wants. Her day is coming up thank God.

It's well established that Ingham had a very important role in the creation of the conservatorship, and is as responsible as any other lawyer in its continuation, but time and time again, he has either failed Britney (not petitioning to remove Jamie after he attacked her children, not petitioning in October, not intervening in January 2019 etc.) or has actively sided with Jamie. Hell, even the fact that no medical declaration being filed should have him kicking up a storm for the money he is on.

 

Either he is completely inept or actively involved in the conservatorships continuation to profit, something he has been accused of by other High profiled families of conservstees.

 

He is only Britney's lawyer because her right to choose was stripped from her.

 

Britney wants her father out, and a team of professionals in; he has failed to do. Time is up.

This is insane. The fact of the matter is, aside from wanting Jamie out, we simply don't know exactly how Britney feels or what she wants at this current moment. You can bring up quotes from years and years ago all you want, but right now, we don't know what we don't know. Let's wait to see what she says when she addresses the court. Like, I get that the strategy here is to put pressure on them to make changes, but this seems extreme and premature.

Lisa is great. Very smart, optimistic, knowledgable and well intentioned. But what she doesn't know is what Britney actually thinks or wants. And I think ultimately that's getting a bit lost in the equation in this whole movement.

Just my opinion but this just makes the fans look obsessed. Y’all don’t know how the system works. Can we at least wait until she speaks to the court herself? Even if Sam wasn’t in the picture she could get another lawyer that’s no better than him anyway.

I think it’s warranted at this point: 

1. He has lied and called this a “voluntary conservatorship” in a bid to bring on another party

2. Has not informed Britney of her legal rights, especially her rights not to be manipulated in to doing anything career wise or health wise against her will and that she can terminate the c-ship

3. Refuses to file petitions on time 

4. Frequently has errors in his petitions wasting more time and extending the duration of orders (aka recently 7 month delay in filing)

5. Refuses to file to end the c-ship or at least address Britney’s concerns and call for an investigation 

6. Has made it clear he doesn’t care if Britney seeks other counsel but refuses to step down voluntarily 

7. Has counselled her against speaking up for herself or his treatment

Botrom line: he doesn’t advocate for Britney. He is quite accurately described as the worst personal lawyer you can have. If her dad, her mom, and her ex-husband all can hire lawyers - two with HER DIME - I think Ms. Britney Spears should be allowed at the very least her own damn lawyer.
