I agree with Billy's points about Crowdsurf & Cassie writing the captions, but the fact that he really thinks Brit was singing in that "Exaholic" clip is substancial evidence he's not in contact with her.

People keep commenting her life all the time. And the most extremist/integrist members of the FreeBritney movement (not all members of course) are just doing the same : trying to think for her, trying to act for her.
