This Day in Britney's Life: Britney travels to Japan for the release of 'Oops!' album in 2000 (May 02)

On May 02, 2000, Britney Spears had a special showcase in Tokyo, Japan for the release of her second studio album Oops!... I Did It Again, which was released in that country on May 03, before anywhere else in the world.

On May 01, she had a press conference and a photocall session, you can see a bit of it here:

 

On May 02, she had a M&G and signed autographs for her fans.

She also gave an interview for MTV and Big Hit magazine:

 

And she also had a special showcase as well as an interview where she talked about the new album and her newly released Oops!... I Did It Again video.
