Britney Spears was the recipient of the first ever Radio Disney Icon Award for her contribution in music and influence with the teenagers throughout her career. Accompanied by her sons and mother, Britney watched a tribute performance by Kelsea Ballerini, Hailee Steinfeld, Sofia Carson and a very special guest. They performed a medley of Britney hits: Oops!... I Did It Again, Circus, ...Baby One More Time and Till the World Ends. There are some where she looks plastic and bad but then there are some that look ok. Its weird cause they were all taken on the same night. Its like her looks flucuate............
