Is Judge Penny corrupt?

So we know by now that conservatorships are meant for people who cant function properly, being barely able to eat without assistance, at the same time Britney had two world tours, a vegas residency, release four albums, was a judge on XFactor, did documentaries and so much more, her choreograhers have even praised her memory and a judge is not granting her more rights to do as she pleases? 

 

Imo it's obvious judge Penny doesnt want to end the conservarorship because shes afraid once its ended people will have access to all the files and find out all the corruption that went down.

 

We need to find other ways to get Britney her freedom, be it in an appeal court our through the legislative!

IMO Judge Penny is just incompetent and doing what probate court has done for decades. She and Sam Ingham define what’s wrong with probate court. It’s dead water and barely anything changes for all cases. 
 

This is why Britney was never appropriate for a conservatorship. She doesn’t qualify and this structure should not be used to manage her wealth and life.
 

The amount of money they waste on lawyers is disgusting and the arrangement is downright weird and just proves Jamie Spears abusive control issues. It’s astounding the court keeps this circus going.

But if she was really incompetent, why would she get appointed as a judge in the first place? Or is there a corrupt system in place that place a certain judge in “strategic” position like this conservatorship court. Remember that Thoreen and Lou has been doing this for years and that’s where they get their pay check. They catch a really big fish when they got Britney. So they know the loophole in conservatorship or *allegedly maintain that loophole to stay lucrative. 
 

I wouldn’t say so about the other judge that are clearly corrupt, denying Britney’s right to lawyer without even disclosing the medical record. This is certainly an institutionalized crime that manage to stay low this whole time. Hopefully the bill for conservatee’s right to lawyer get passed sooner rather than later.

I completely agree that the set up of a probate conservatorship was never appropriate for Britney. This is really partially the state of California’s fault.

Any outcome that is not in favor of Britney in a personal/financial way, is corrupt.
