the thing is this kind of stuff only leads to those arguments during the hearing, and the judge is gonna be all like, if Lynne doesn't have valid proof she'll dismiss her arguments.

ugh it frustrates me the lack of action from Lynne's lawyers and Ingham and the other team of lawyers  he hired, like, Ingham himself said that the it would be an aggressive battle against Jamie yet he's being so passive during all this time

Clearly there are discrepancies with the conservator as Britney herself has stated lol. Her argument is completely invalid and if any person on this planet has a right to fight this or attain any information other than Britney or her lawyer it is without a doubt her own Mother. Her Mother wrote a book over a decade ago. How does that compromise her current wishes? That book has nothing to do with the conservatorship. Vivian is the one who has been going to the press. 
Yes Jamie has a sloppy past but this case is solely based on the conservatorship.

This lady has nothing to stand on and her points are trash. Desperation is real.

independently of Lynne's involvement over the years, that doesn't excuse the fact that Thoreen isn't doing anything for Britney. It's outrageous that Britney has to pay for Jamie's lawyers 

Wait, is Britney paying her directly? I thought that when people say Britney is paying Vivian’s fees, they mean that Britney is paying Jamie, and so it’s like Britney is paying his lawyers since he’s using her money.

That’s messed up if it’s a separate fee.

Jamie gets a fee from Britney's estate for being conservator.  

Separately, Britney's estate also pays for Jamie's lawyers and her own lawyers. Britney's estate is paying for the entire **** show.

The audacity to claim she hasn't been involved in the conservatorship when it was clearly Jamie who left her out of the whole thing. And if it was true, so what, she's now requested to be part of it precisely to look closely at what these leeches are doing. Like, yes ma'am, that was the whole point of why Lynne decided to file as an interested party.

As Vivian herself said, every story needs a villain, and they're once again bringing the villain of their preference, Sam Lutfi, to use him as the wild card to justify all of their actions, this time to make Lynne stay away, because obviously the undertone of all this by saying she's not acting in Britney's best interest is to remove her as an interested party.
