Although I have a question regarding this. If the new (or made better really) law passes that would allow Britney to choose her own lawyer, lack of capacity or not, would that still apply even though Jamie (and Jodie I presume) as conservators have the right to limit and/or block meetings with anyone including lawyers? I think an old document mentioned this, that it was in Jamie’s rights to do so even though technically Britney was allowed to choose a lawyer.
