I feel something is off with his lips, jawline and eyes. Had too much work done?

I do think he’s had his lips done, maybe some Botox. However I think a lot of what we are seeing is just aging tbh, he’s lost the baby face and lost weight which has led his cheeks to sink in a bit plus the fake tan doesn’t help at all it just makes it look even more dramatic. Side note, I had no idea we are the same age, I always thought he was younger than me.
