Today is my 33rd birthday! Thank you to @PokemonSpears for this brilliant idea; reacting to a video I posted on my 23rd birthday.

A lot can change in 10 years. I am an entirely different person, but one thing remains: I am super grateful to everyone who's supported BreatheHeavy throughout the years.

Nice video. I’m happy for Jordy but I’m also aware that projecting youth and denying changes that come with normal aging is THE trendy thing on social media right now.  If you’re really living your best life now, congrats; but I’m brave enough to admit I was serving ITZ vibes at 23, I just turned 30 and I’m firmly in my awk AF Xfactor era... it’s ok to not be perfect y’all.
