I feel like this is a small step in britneys favor. Having Bessemer trust as a co with her money means there's some oversight. That leaves room for future changes. 

I'm sure her dad is seething. He can't just up and spend like he used to. 

 

As for Kane, I don't know who he is and the judge has to stay impartial. She can't just say no you know, because of his history. If brits lawyer didn't object what can the judge do? 

I just skimmed the info there so... let's not over react. Give it time to see if it's a good change. You'll just get anxiety from it 

 

I think small surgical changes to the conservatorship is how Ingham is working this case. I don't think huge changes will occur with her father fighting changes. Death by 1000 cuts if you will.

I could've sworn she only got appointed during 2019 or 2020 as I remember when Exhale was exploding in popularity when they found out she was the new judge and hoped she would free her.
