I don’t remember ever reading the article about Sam talking about how only he, Britney and her psychologist knows what triggered her in to having BP..what the heck happened in 2002 besides her breakup with Justin? (This isn’t a question to y’all, obviously no one knows.) off topic, kinda, what happened to x17? I used to wake up before going to HS and checked their website every day to check up on her, they never wrote any negative comments about her like TMZ.

I do not see how this information can be beneficial for team Con.

But all in all team Con was too tough for Michael Sands and Jon Eardley, they could not beat them, so they quickly gave up. Eardley  even got into trouble because of it...

 

I came across an article where Mark Vincent Kaplan wanted to depose Michael Sands...Basically, because he wanted to know what Sands "knew" after he parted ways with MVK. He wanted Sands to produce copies of all emails, etc...But then nothing ever happened out of it. (Why does nothing ever happen when it comes to Lutfi?) I'll post it in this thread if I come across it.

It made me think...

What if Eardley was "Plan B" in case Jamie's conservatorship fell through? Lutfi was more or less urging Lynne to become conservator just recently in that "leaked" text (err, phone message)...So I wouldn't be shocked if Lutfi was going to attempt to swoop in as a conservator himself in 2008 by setting Britney up with Eardley.

That would mean that Lutfi never really "switched sides" and was still working for (or with) Mark Vincent Kaplan...The goal being to keep Britney in a conservatorship.

That's exactly why I'm wondering if Lutfi was working for someone on Team CON.

It would be nice to see the police report with the LAPD...Was this incident even reported to them?

Kaplan's PR had already left Kaplan and had gone to work with Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley when he said it.

Lynne then went on to echo "October" line in her book, which wasn't released until September 16, 2008...It doesn't appear in her declaration from February 6, 2008, unless I'm missing it:

Either way, it almost seems as if Lynne and Lutfi talked about that "October" date beforehand, so they could keep their stories straight.

That's a lie...He appeared in February, before the second rehab...Unless he appeared between the first trip to Promises and the second trip to Promises. Only then would that statement be accurate.

If you read the "texts" (which actually appear to be a transcript of a phone call where Lynne is on the other end of the line) it doesn't appear that Lutfi is urging for an end to the conservatorship...It appears as if he is encouraging Lynne to become the conservator herself.

I'm going over Lynne's declaration about Lutfi, and am noticing things that I've never noticed before.

1) This E! article from February 5, 2007 says:

"In her request for a harassment order, Lynne says her daughter met Lutfi, whose full first name is Osama, "in or about October 2007" and that he has "essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances.""

2) The full declaration has been removed from the E! site, but is still available on the ABC News site. Do you see anywhere in the actual declaration the phrase "in or about October 2007" or any mention of the word October?

Has anyone ever seen the full restraining order application against Lutfi? Is the phrase "in or about October 2007" mentioned elsewhere in the application, outside of Lynne's declaration?

If not, E! inserted that phrase themselves. 

How strange that Michael Sands, speaking on behalf of Sam Lutfi, would echo that statement again days later...even though we know that Lutfi first appeared on the scene in February of 2007, a full year earlier...

Here's another lie...

In her declaration, Lynne writes...

"This past Monday night (Jan. 28), Britney's father, Jamie, and I (in separate cars) went to Britney's house in Beverly Hills because we had heard news reports that Britney had just been in a big fight with Sam Lufti aka Sam Lufti ("sam"), the man who has inserted himself into my daughter's life, home and finances, and that she was crying."

Later in the declaration, after accusing Lutfi of crushing Britney's meds and putting them in her food, she says...

"I did not see Britney again until I arrived at her house on Wednesday night after Sam called me and told me to come to the house."

That is a lie. Apparently, the next morning, Lynne met Britney at a Mercedes dealership to sign some papers, and then they met Sam Lutfi for lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel!

"After the hellish night she endured, Britney spent the day indulging herself - and it seems to be having the desired effect! Brit's first stop was the Mercedes dealership, where she and her mother signed a few papers. From there, the pair met up with Sam at the Beverly Hills Hotel for lunch...We're also quite pleased to see Lynne and Sam getting along - after the reports of animosity between Britney's parents and Sam, we think it's great to see Lynne making an effort to get along with her daughter's friends!"

Something very odd that I'd forgotten about all of these years...

One day before Jamie applies for the temporary conservatorship on February 1st, Lynne applies for a restraining order against Lutfi.

She writes in her declaration that Lutfi was drugging her daughter on the night of Monday, January 28th...but then doesn't bother visiting Britney again until Sam summons her to the house on the night of Wednesday, January 30th.

That night, X17 reported that there had been a suicide attempt...I'd forgotten all about this, since the second 5150 came on January 31st...but it was the early morning hours of the 31st, at around 1 am or 2 am. (I was up watching it unfold in real time that night.) So really, it was the night of Wednesday, January 30th.

If a man is drugging your daughter and you're frightened enough to go after a restraining order...Why would you wait two full days to visit her again? And why only visit her after the gossip blogs begin reporting that there's been a suicide attempt? 

Also...

Lynne fills the entire declaration with information about what happened two days before the second 5150, but makes no mention whatsoever of the suicide attempt or what actually transpired in the house directly before the ambulance arrived. It's as if the two days that have gone by haven't even occurred.

It's downright bizarre.

According to Lufti himself - when he  took the stand in his defamation lawsuit against Brit's parents back in October 2012 -  he first met Spears at an LA nightclub in May 2007.

He told the court that she struck up a conversation with him first, when she bl**tly asked him if she could have the hat he was wearing (he always wears a hat because he is balding). Lufti said he told her "no" and that Britney liked that he refused her request as she doesn't often get told "no" to her face. He further explained to the court that they hit it off that night, and she started calling and texting him from that moment on.

In May 2007, House of Blues was showcasing Britney's M+M’s act by night. While Ali Simms was busy stocking up on wigs and clothes for the comeback by day.

If anyone knows when (and how) Brit and Sam met it's Ali. 

Maybe it's time for Jordan to do an interview with Ali!

Personally, I don't think Eardley was "Plan B"... I doubt that team con needed to go to such an extent and rock the boat with such a risky PR campaign that was launched by Eardley and Sands, when they could have just replaced James with "nominal Jodi" without undue risk and much quieter, especially when Britney's case was sealed until 2019.

Since Sands broke away from MKV, maybe, team con planted Sam in Michael's team as an intelligencer... Because once again, as you said, Sam was the only one of three who came out of it without much consequences.
