It's the itunes chart, not the official albums chart

A rep confirmed to Vice it was unofficial, but they didn't say more. They also didn't know if RCA was the one that finally pulled it off from digital platforms. 

Whoever did it, I don't know why or what was the purpose behind it, or how did they manage to do it in the first place
