I always say Britney posts but this screams bull**** - the documentary did nothing but paint her positively!

Interesting how the lawyers fees get leaked and now all the sudden Britney hates the documentary 🙄

I'm glad you brought up the Onyx Hotel Tour and the fact that there was never a reported outcome of her lawsuit.

And you're actually saying  about the insurance company was actually reported on by OK Magazine back in 2009...

Britney is featured as the main cover story on this week’s issue of OK! magazine, in which the mag claims Britney “voluntarily” gave up time with her kids in order to tour.

“Last fall, as The circus Starring Britney Spears tour was being organized, Britney’s camp discovered that because of the star’s troubled history, they could not purchase insurance to cover her tour unless she was still under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears. Until that point, the plan was for the conservatorship to be lifted on December 31, followed immediately by Britney, 27, going into family court with a petition to regain custody of Preston and Jayden. But “the insurance situation changed everything.”

https://www.breatheheavy.com/ok-magazine-january-19/

And yet, the conservatorship was still extended past Circus...

And there you go.

That was the moment that changed everything.

There's no doubt in my mind that Jamie Spears loves his daughter...I'm sure he went into this with the best of intentions.

But Jamie has been manipulated and CON'd.

I don't believe Jamie was the mastermind behind the temporary conservatorship or the permanent conservatorship. Not for a second. He's not that bright.

But he's allowed himself to be swallowed by the power.

I don’t think they force her, but instead they just give her instructions on what to do. They probably told her that the fans are loving her dance videos, so they need more. They also present her with a list of questions that literally not a single living soul has been asking her and tell her this is from the fans. She records the videos, sends it to them and they post it, hence the constant LQ of her videos. That’s how I think it works.

I agree. I don't think they are actually aggressive with her or anything, they just know how to convince her to do things.

It's Impossible someone as insecure as Britney keep uploading the dance videos If she knew what  people comment about It. She probably thinks people love It.

The fans questions are very similar with silly childish questions she answered during her career, boring interviews. Britney might think the questions are legit from fans.

They probably said she needs a distraction while not working, doing  Instagram videos seems like "her job" now. She looks miserable most of the time, It doesn't look like something she enjoys to do, but something she has to do to please others.

This is not Britney.

- Britney's real opinion on the doc was already shared by HER in the cryptic and iconic SB video post.

- RED began months ago with a random video which got a lot of online trolling.  It was deleted very quickly when they realised they could use it against her when they need to - RED is old content, hence the reference to the documentary in there that fits THEIR narrative.

- This happens on the same day as  new court docs reveal more greedy steaing from Britney's Estate by those around her and against her.   Every media story today is conveniently focused on 'Britney's statement on the documentary.

- Both of Britney's sons unfollowed her account following this post.

I posted this in the comments on the post and it's been deleted twice.   Cassie  knows I see through her. Help me out - copy the text and spam the comments with it ❤️

I'm not sure it isn't her.. She lived this, not us. I would cry for weeks too, if a lot of **** from the past was brought up or I saw snippets of my life going out of control and then having to be in a situation like she has the last 13 years.. I believe she did it for her children's sake, but they're almost grown now, It's time she lives for herself now.. I keep praying and supporting for those moments for her to feel more fulfilled again.

I disagree from 2003 and on she had this I don't give a f attitude anymore. I truly think she's posting whatever she wants and doesn't give af what anyone says.  Doesn't read most of it, laughs at **** and is probably heavily medicated if she is bipolar and has episodes.. Which it's possible that's what it all boils down to. She may not want to be fully controlled, but also in a  conservatorship for some reasons like helping manage her house and her financials with a financial advisor so she makes smart decisions for the most part.. But I believe she wants to get married have another child or children and be fulfilled with life again.. I do. She should be able to bipolar or not.. Plenty of us feel and can be bipolar.. It is what it is.

I still think it was bogus from the start having your estranged alcoholic father as your ultimate boss.

I also don't think it ever started as a good samaritan operation. Larry was clearly put back into the fold to keep Britney working and the money flowing. As soon as he was in (April 2008), she was gearing up for a new release she was never really excited about. The insurance companies demanding the cship to be in place was a mere formality of an ill deed that he was part of and knew part of the implications, even though he is not that bright to be responsible for it.

Jamie knew well what they were doing when they rehired Larry that soon -- and he knew what he was doing when he backed Larry up on his 2007/2006 shenanigans. But anything else regarding the logistics of the cship? Yeah, he's not the mastermind, for sure. I just maintain he had enough info to know it wasn't in her best interests from the offset.

Britney is not the same person she was in 2003, not even close. She has shown lots of signs of insecurities and she seems to have a severe anxiety.

The "skinny as a needle" episode wouldn't have happened If she didn't care about what people think of her image.

"she" responded to the mean comments, and If that was really her writing, she cares... A lot.

Whatever reason she wants more freedom, she needs complete freedom. If she end up doing the same mistakes, her choices her consequences.

I agree. Jamie doesn't love her. You don't do what he did to someone you love. You don't charge a loved one 18k a month. He loves what she represents : a "race horse".

I wish I'd taken a screen shot because I didn't realize what I was witnessing at the time...

But I remember visiting the website of Reign Deer Entertainment just as the conservatorship was starting, and Britney was already back on it.

I wonder what date Larry re-signed his contract with Jamie? :xcuseme_mad_say_what_hmm_confused:

Exactly. As someone said in another thread, Demi Lovato has done multiple overdoses, she has been diagnosed with a bipolar disorder, yet where is her cship ? People grow and learn from their mistakes. Or don't, but they chose not to.

This is very personal (I love sharing) but a long time ago an ambulance had to come and get me because I was in the middle of a paranoid episode. And I grew HARD from this. Britney never had this opportunity. I would have been put in a cship too if I was scrutinized like her.

i dont think its a question of whether he loves or not. I do actually agree that he does love her and might have thought he was saving her, but the point is that from the start the mindset around Britney wasn't healthy. He wanted her to get back to work and resume her successful career, as if she didn't have any other personal or mental issues to work on. I can even see that he had no idea that being a probate conservator and forcing someone else to bring in millions wasn't ethical but... you know.

Rumors actually started swirling on late March, actually. By April 1st he seemed to be pretty on par with the new situation and talked about HIMYM, how great she was, and how close he was to her parents. So I wouldn't doubt they were talking about a comeback as soon as February or sooner.

Also, this timeline showing how Britney's schedule changed when Larry came back

Yeah, reign-deer.com doesn't have any saves from 2008 on Wayback Machine

Oh, have I got theories on this one!

I believe Sam Lutfi was hired by either Lou Taylor or Mark Vincent Kaplan to railroad her into going to rehab in February of 2007...His involvement from that point forward set the legal foundation for the conservatorship, which followed one year later.

Nobody wants to believe me...So maybe that will be my next juicy thread. :jj_janet_smirk_hehe_haha_lmao_lol_giggle:

Oh I also think that's very likely. Remember the article I sent u where MVK thanked media and paparazzi harassing Britney bc that way he didn't have to hire a private investigator? And didn't Lutfi say he call paparazzi sometimes? Even invited them to Britney's home?

So do u think smt Lutfi signed back then keeps him gagged? That's why he doesn't expose the whole thing?

I think the Michael Sands jump from being MVK and KFed's spokesperson to being Lutfi and Eardley's spokesperson was a kind of weird move in of itself

The conservatorship from a business perspective is what got her tours and residency lit. It was their insurance policy to ensure she performed and stayed on brand.

You guys talk about Demi, but has she toured. I think Britney was going down the Lindsey Lohan route where no one would’ve wanted to work with her nor would her label support her unless they had a way of guaranteeing she’d show up and perform.

it ****ed up, but I’m certain the record label and tour sponsors required the conservatorship in their contracts ... it also made her less responsible for any issues ... so it was all handled by team con. It’s obvious domination she fought back and they pulled the plug .

I think from a business perspective Britney was fine with the conservatorship which is kind of what Brian Spears alluded to. I think from a personal perspective she wanted to live her life and her dad kept signing contracts on her behalf and she just wanted to stop and they wouldn’t let her .

also people keep saying she isn’t working, let’s be clear that we’re in covid so there isn’t much money in the music industry right now but once covid is over ... it will be  interesting how the brand moves forward. They’re in essence not losing anything . So somehow when she would be able to tour or have a show they’ll move this **** forward to make sure she can make them money again

but the conservatorship wasn't the record label's idea, nor the tour sponsors'. If they took it was because it was already there.

if an artist can't commit to a contract, they get fired and sued and that's it, everyone is replaceable, otherwise you would see artists left and right being placed under conservatorships by their managers to force them into fulfilling their obligations. I'm sure they would've asked some sort of warranty that she wasn't quit mid-tour or mid-show, but I doubt they would've explicitly asked for a conservatorship of all things. That must've been what Team Jamie offered to them in any case. And of course their fault was accepting it.

But tbh, every artist must commit to doing a certain amount of shows under a series of conditions, and if they fail to meet their obligations, they get sued. It happens all the time, why would they specifically ask an extra reassurance with Britney in particular? If she didn't show up for a concert or whatever, they would've just made her conservators pay them a penalization. Why did they need a conservatorship? :idkney_britney_glory_carpool_karaoke_unsure_idk_nervous:

You know guys I personally don’t believe as of right now that this is 100% fake. And the reason I feel that way is simply because you know when I do see videos on Instagram of Britney saying stuff like and you will see more of project Red to come... it sounds odd because it’s not an official project and you know that her team isn’t profiting off of something like project red. so at the end of the day it’s just kind of strange and maybe that’s just simply because Britney has a lot of time on her hands. I know a lot of you want to believe a certain narrative but it’s not rational at the end of the day. It very well could be someone sabotaging Britney but also a lot of the stuff that they have nothing to gain from just doesn’t make sense. I know a lot of you want to believe that they want to make her look crazy but also they want to profit from Britney and at the end of the day that’s the whole point of their gain from this conservatorship. If she is not profitable there is no conservatorship and all of you keep making that point as well, so to make her look crazy is not selling the Britney Spears that we all love and support. Does it make sense to make her look crazy to keep her in a conservatorship? Yes. Can they profit more off of that later on? No. It does a lot of damage to the brand as most of you don’t want to support the brand as of now because the whole situation feels crazy and very shady. It’s not helping the brand at all and it’s not anything they can gain anything from. So at the end of the day we are none of us actually personally know Britney maybe this is a part of Britney and maybe this is a part of the reason she’s in the situation and has been for so long because she has some mental things that she needs to work out for herself. Or maybe not. But we don’t know the full story and that’s the biggest problem.
