On March 19, 2005, Britney Spears held the global launch of her first ever fragrance Curious in New Orleans. Curious was originally released as a partnership with Elizabeth Arden in the United States in September 2004, becoming an instant success.

Fans from all over the world who won a contest attended the event to meet Britney in person and take pictures with her.

By 2013, Curious had sold more than 500 million bottles according to The Hollywood Reporter; while still an impressive amount, it was also reported that its successor Fantasy had sold even more. According to a 2016 article, Britney was making more than $50M in revenue a year, just from her perfume emporium alone.

Britney, who was 23 years old at the time and pregnant with her first son Sean Preston (though the pregnancy announcement wasn't official until the following month), was accompanied by her mom Lynne and brother Bryan.

Britney´s best perfume and one of the best perfumes of all time.It is my favorite along with JLO´s "Glow".Can´t decide which one is better.   I received the perfume for Christmas  The packaging looked like a real gift because of its  shape. And I loved the nebulizer.

Her hair at this event was amazing! I'd love to see Britney with that colour again.

Curious is one of her best fragrances, and is also my mum's favourite.

I just wish the new version of curious smelt like the original. Something is different about it since switching to revlon.

This look was sooo good. I wish she would return to this colour brown if she decides to darken her hair.

Looking at it now, the colour seems the same as FTBOMBHney just with longer hair.

It's always so jarring when I think about how young Britney was and how much she had achieved. Especially now that I'm way older than she was at the time. I'm 31 and can't even imagine being pregnant with an international fragrance line, multiple tours, and multi-platinum albums under my belt at 23.

She looked STUNNING in 2005 like someone in charge of her life. She seemed so natural with the fans and not awkward at all. If 2008ney-currentney had been surrounded like that we all know how fricking uncomfortable her face and body language would have been. I miss this Britney and with every year that passes she seems further away

You can tell she was already starting to be done with everything here, she just wanted to live her life, she had worked non stop for 7 years
