Even as a huge fan of Katy, the credibility of this news is still 40/60 for me. But it doesn’t take away the fact that most people here really loved pulling down and making fun of performing women, especially this “woman”. Y’all ranting out like she doesn’t even deserve to get this kind of a big deal, while she literally out-performed everyone at the Halftime show.

Katy is not the greatest performer, that’s a cold fact, and her being such a hardworking woman is admirable enough to appreciate and to must see this performance. I just can’t imagine the faces of those who doubt this. while Katy is bagging money, they’re just spitting salts behind their lazy *****.

Gaga made a lesser deal for 39 shows and she was the "It Girl" coming from a SuperBowl > Stadium Tour > Five Foot Two > A Star Is Born and Katy is coming from what? 2 floped albums, a floped tour, several floped singles and American Idol 

Nothing against her making a Vegas a show. She has hits, her shows are very family friendly and now she has a baby. Its like the right thing to do at this period of her life.. but these numbers are just delusional

The girl is bagging 25$ million per season in American Idol. She’s already in her third contract and reportedly going for another one. But I personally think 168$ million is indeed high, maybe more than 50$ million could be more realistic with her current status in the music scene.

Circus theme sounds so boring because that's Britney's thing and it can hardly be topped by anybody else . Pending disappointment most likely.

 

I had hoped for some aquatic/ocean/sealife theme with the thumbnail.

Hoping for a glorious renaissance of hers, but don't think i'll get it lol .

It makes sense. I don't love Katy but she has a ton of hits and she's a showgirl. I went to the Witness Tour and it was bonkers lol. She does a lot of interesting and unique things in concert so I'm sure it would be a great show. Plus she sings live and plays instruments.
