I'm so torn on ICU. Demetria's vocals are amazing, but the 'i promise i'll be there...' part sounds so forced. The unnecessary runs ruined the song for me. The instrumental is cute!

The Art of Starting Over is very meh.

The Way You Don't Look At Me, Melon Cake are great.

Met Him Last Night was OK. Ariana sounds really pretty in it.

Carefully is also another good one.

Easy! That's definitely the best song, and I haven't even finished the album yet.

My Girlfriends Are My Boyfriend is another great one.

California Sober is the last song I like on the album.

Good Place is also a good song, very personal, but not something I'd listen to again.

The video does nothing for me. It looks cheap af. I am already super annoyed with her overdose story.

The song with Ariana is boring, at least after the first listen

Overall, great vocals and personal lyrics. This will be her Rare album.

The songs I liked are:

- Anyone (very moving song with amazing vocals)

- Dancing with the devil (amazing vocals)

- The Art of Starting Over (probs my fav one)

- Melon Cake (loved the melody here)

- Easy (amazing ballad)

The Ariana collab would've been miles better without Ariana. Ari didn't bring anything to the song. Her verse is like an interjection from Positions into a Demi song. Not saying that they don't care for each other but Scooter definitely made the collab happen. I need the solo version and I might like it.

The music video for DWTD is personal, yes but it does nothing to the song. A bit let down by it. It could've been more metaphorical. Show, don't tell.

Also I Love Me, I'm Ready and OK Not To Be OK were added to the tracklisting.

For the longest time I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and refrained from dragging her the way everyone else was, but the music video for DWTD screams publicity stunt. Though, I can't imagine Demi herself wanting to exploit her own trauma like that, so I wonder how big of a part Scooter played in this whole marketing campaign.
