Spice girls dancer (from the original 98 Spiceworld tour) and former dancing with the stars dancer I don't know if he's being ironic, making fun of mental health as most 40 something and 50 something people do (they truly believe you guys use mental health as an excuse just to not do any hard work or labor), But none the less He calls Fiona Apple's win for best Alternative album of the year as Album of the year for people with Clinical depression.

He was a dancer? I’m not finding any info of that online. I thought he was younger than me and I’m way too young to be an original Spice Girls dancer but I also can’t find his age. I thought he got famous on Jeopardy. 
 

but yeah he’s joking and probably with love of the genre.

It’s probably a depressing album lol. I haven’t heard it. Folklore is a little depressing too but that’s not a bad thing
