I think that you can travel if you have been tested negative in some tests if it's a business trip. At least I think that that's the case in most European countries.

Lol nothing much. Sam is best friend with Gagas manager (who is huge Britney stan btw). They always workout together go on hikes etc. (Sam is probably his trainer as well).
