I think we should all stay just as focused on Sam Ingham as we are on Loucifer, Colon and Vivian. He’s also a huge part of this. He seems to enjoy taking his time as well and getting paid. He’s also evil but somehow he actually succeeded to escape most of the heat since he supposedly went against Jamie...

The congressman made a valid point that Britney had to speak without anyone else to not be coerced.

I really hope that all this radio silence on Britney's side means they are wroking on smth. Ingham said he was alone and didnt have the experience to deal with this, now Britney has a whole office full of beasts working with him. There are no excuses for him to not take action now. 

 They have to be planning something to stop Jamie and Vivian to keep gaslighting the media like they are doing.

This just makes me laugh. Their ship is sinking and they know it. I’d also like to point out how freaking abusive it is to constantly put blame on Britney and say “well SHE never petitioned for termination!”. Of course she didn’t when she was never allowed to and pressured to stay put, her very own kids being used against her by Jamie for years. Ingham played a huge part in getting Britney under the conservatorship to begin with. He stayed silent for 12 years. He’s more than complicit and someone like that simply CANNOT be a good person or a changed man.

The only thing that changed here is the media attention surrounding the situation, that is why he seemingly started to “advocate” for Britney... But not entirely, of course, he seems be taking his time and stalling, it looks like he’s more interested in appearances (just like mama Lynne) than actually freeing Britney’s poor soul. Making Colon the scapegoat while he keeps collecting paychecks is hardly enough.  **** Ingham. We should NOT let him off the hook so easily, he needs to feel the heat just like the rest of these monsters.

For 12 years they have controlled the narrative. However, the minute Britney was granted her wish for transparency in the case which lead to valid questions being raised about this "hybrid business model", you have Vivian hitting up TMZ and Chloe Melas weekly with her bull-**** in a desperate attempt to keep control. 

The fact that she has the nerve to mention neither Britney nor her court appointed hand picked by daddy lawyer haven't filed for termination in 13 years is a joke. WE HAVE BRITNEY ON VOICEMAIL FROM 2009 STATING THAT HER FATHER IS THREATENING HER AND ESSENTIALLY USING HER CHILDREN AGAINST HER. She was in the conservatorship at this time.

Those threats didn't stop overnight!

I do believe Britney potentially gave up and played along with the role of conservatee, meaning during those 12 years there was nothing Sam Ingham could do if there was no direction from Britney. However, that clearly changed when Jamie assaulted one of her children and Britney seemingly took a stand....hence why we are where we are today.

Vivian, when you’re old and looking back at your life ... are you really going to feel proud that you used your law degree to help take away someones civil liberties?

You’re part of the reason an alcoholic with a history of anger management issues has control over his adult daughter. You’re part of the reason a loving mother hardly ever gets to see her two teen sons. That’s really what you want your legal legacy to be??

Didn't she ask Reva to at least set a date for the cship to end in 2012? She used the fact she just earned 15m for xfactor to state she was the only one conservatee to earn that kinda of money, but of course that **** denied her request right away. 

The fact Britney called another lawyer in 2009 to ask about ending the cship just shows Ingham never did **** for her. If he did and was listening to her fears and wishes, why would she feel the need to find a cellphone to call to another lawyer to say she was being threatened and asking him about the process of ending the cship? I bet she tried other times and was always silenced or threatened. She probably ended up giving up every time bc she wanted to see her kids and she needed Kevin and Jamie for that.

Not only that ... Thoreen points out the fact that in 13 years Britney and her legal team have NEVER filed a petition to end the conservatorship.

As we reported, Gaetz and Jordan sent a letter to House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadlerasking for a hearing to discuss conservatorship and guardianships ... using Britney's case as a prime example.

So Vivian says that Britney's estate was co-managed by Jamie and a professional fiduciary and then in early 2019, Britney herself asked for Jamie to be made sole conservator of the estate but isn't this just a flat out lie. Andrew Wallet was the co-conservator of Britney's estate and he definitely resigned. That's a fact so she's clearly making it up 

How a lawyer is able to just spread lies to the media during an ongoing court case is so shocking like who's allowing this to happen
