I think if Ooh La La had been pushed more like if they used it in the trailer/commercials for the movie it would’ve charted better. While not her best song, it’s very catchy. I also think it sounds too FF like to have been included on Britney Jean even as a bonus. 
 

If they ever do an album of rare and unreleased tracks from her I think Ooh La La should be included because even though it was a single it’s kinda rare\forgotten.
