Her eyebrows, eyes, and mouth area have clearly been altered. The changes are unnecessary - like you say, we all have lines. That edit reminds me of those creepy insta accounts that facetune celebrities.

I need Miley to seriously tell us what she knows about Britney.

she knows stuff Larry was her manager 

he even marketed her similar to Britney. By using controversy and made it seem like she had a “breakdown” and went crazy when she was stripping her kid image 

not to mention Larry has said he thought the free Britney movement would lead to ticket sales and I’m certain this is the same line of thinking he had back during the circus era.

and around like 2013-2014 she mentioned Britney a lot in interviews to me it seemed she was using her for attention, they even did a song “together”... which I’m certain Miley figured out that wasn’t Britney’s voice... 

 she was the first celeb to publicly shout free Britney
