Joker smile? That is the first time i heard of this. I think it is normal for people to do procedures, specially celebrities. I don't think it should be a taboo. He is respectfully just giving his input as a doctor, however the fans who wrote to him...not nice...

Is his job. I think he did it in a respectful way. He mentioned her legal situation and literally put a free britney hashtag. He is a stan

His job as a plastic surgeon is to perform plastic surgery on people who come to him and ask for a procedure. It is not his job to speculate about and discuss other people’s appearances. 

It’s tacky and rude. I would expect this from a gossip columnist, not a medical professional. 

And using a #FreeBritney hashtag doesn’t make that ok. If anything, it seems like he is just trying to use her to get more publicity/attention for his practice.

I didn’t watch the video bc it’s obvious she has her nose tweaked a few times, but, what bothers me is that she legally had to have those procedures approved by Jamie. She clearly doesn’t keep up with Botox or fillers to help slow the aging process, and I’ve always thought the reason for that was bc she didn’t have the allowance to. She is only given x amount of money for shopping etc and Botox is expensive and has to be done every few months. She only ever has Botox and filler when she’s promoting something(glory). I think they simply just won’t let her keep up with it. Sam should take Britney to her sister when he gets his lip filler.

It has to be signed off on as it would be if a minor had work done. So they’re signing off on it from her personal estate and her financial estate. Very creepy.

So an artist can't talk about art just create it? He was respectful. 
And who decides who uses the movement to get profit or publicity. Some ppl can some ppl don't? 
I get what you are saying I really do, I kinda think that way but if they are going to talk (cause they will) at least they do it respectfully and acknowledging her situation.

Here was my comment there:

After 2010 - yes, but not before. And here are some reasons:

1. She was only 16 years old, therefore she was not fully formed yet. And even then, if you watch her first video https://youtu.be/OZvzAXae4HM?t=34 https://youtu.be/OZvzAXae4HM?t=99 She was only 16 years old here, btw. You will see that in many frames where the light is used correctly, that her nose is exactly the same as in the second photo you gave as an example. This takes us into the second argument

2. Correct lighting. As a videographer/sometimes photographer, I tell that this is an incredibly important aspect. The first photo you provided as proof, there i could tell the light was set VERY badly, because of it Britney's face is flat, no relief, which makes it feel like the nose is wider than it really is. And there are photographs of her after 2001, where it looks like she has a wide nose, like in the first photo you used. Wrong light. And also a lot of photos from the same period where she has a thin nose, where the light is correct.

3. Technology does not stand still. I must say that cameras, lenses for them, movie cameras have made very strong progress in terms of color reproduction, picture quality, less distortion, etc. This should always be taken into account when comparing a photo from 98 with a photo from 2001 and later. If I show my '99 photos which captured on my old camera and my 2002 photo, you might also think that I did plastic surgery, although this won't be true.
