I don't think this is as deep as people are guessing you guys, to break it down very simply; The address is the same because taxes still need to be paid even on investments and Tristar are tax specialists, so the same address goes down as the tax payers address and Lou taylor is the contact for this account. Happy to be proven wrong, but using a national company to launder money wouldn't have got a whole lot of people disbarred.

There's an address that comes up over and over when it comes to Jamie and Lou — 215 Ward Circle, Brentwood, Tennessee.

From the time of the conservatorship becoming permanent onwards, this address has show up on records for:

- Tri-Star Entertainment
- Lou's husband's ministry (Calvary Chapel)
- all of Britney's limited liability companies (e.g. Britney Touring) that were originally part of the SJB Irrevocable Trust
- new corporations that Jamie has created since the conservatorship began (e.g. Atara Tours)
- other random corporations that Lou has created over the years

So yesterday, ThatSurpriseWitness was on Instagram showing even more connections that she had found. The biggest was regarding Stonebridge, the investment firm that Jamie Lynn attempted to move a bunch of the SJB Trust assets into back in the fall. Lou appears to be very heavily involved in Stonebridge.

Basically...

I now suspect that Lou has been using Britney's "lost millions" to fund her pet projects — things like her husband's ministry and a Christian "recovery" home for girls. At the very least, it appears as if Lou has been personally profiting from the conservatorship — over and above her role as "business manager."

It is this very stuff that gives me hope when it comes to Ingham...True, he's been dragging his feet on certain issues, but much of it appears to revolve around the financials.

I suspect that Ingham/Britney have quite a bit of dirt on Lou, and are attempting to get all of this onto the court record now, while Jamie is still conservator, so they don't have to wrestle it out of him and Lou in a civil suit later on. Doing so would, a) cut down on future litigation, and b) make Jamie much easier to remove as co-conservator of the estate right now. It's a role Jamie is clearly going to fight tooth and nail to not give up...likely because he knows from past situations (e.g. the Brand Sense lawsuit) that he and Lou are about to be caught red-handed doing many, many illegal things.

That would be a smart move from them.

That might be the reason Jamie is still there at all
