Also, he says about how he wants to apologise to them individually, but I mean in my opinion this wasn't a long enough or deep enough apology to either of them.

Who knows, maybe he will say something in private also, which he is absolutely entitled to do, but this apology falls shot in my opinion.

I was thinking the same. I really do appreciate his gesture, and I'm super shocked he even said anything, but he needs to be specific. It just feels like a little part thrown in there.

Again, props to him for addressing it and even naming them, but this just feels like a start. As the Queen once said, "gimme gimme more"
