Is her father in charge of her life anymore?

She already said to that lawyer that she knew she couldn't get out of the conservatorship. There also was that medical record. 

As long as her father is out of her estate/management, I think she's fine being in the conservatorship. I think shell be able to request what she's looking for and shell be able to be happy... And hopefully get back to what she loves!!! :peasants_taylor_swift_walking_away_bye_goodbye:
