Britney's court documents were always sealed at the request of Jamie which the judge approved. 

Britney asked for certain documents going forward to be unsealed to provide transparency, and objected to Jamie keeping her "legal struggle hidden away in the closet as a family secret." 

These specific court documents relating to Vivian must be on public record, I assume.
