Lynne has filed a 'declaration of urgency' requesting the Judge allow Lynne to have a new Attorney for Thursday's hearing. 

I wonder what the reasoning is?

Not a replacement. Just Lynne wanting to add another lawyer.

This lawyer has a strong background in civil cases for physical or financial wrongdoing. It’s basically another set of ears to listen in and go from there. It’s a good step forward. I believe this was a strategic move advised by Lynnes legal team. This lawyer is in New Orleans so Lynne has probably been working with her for some time.
