indeed, at least i have an ad blocker, but I did not see any popups or disruptions. i think the cship process will be talked like 20/30 minutes. but lets see. their article of 2016 was full of receits and we were all sleeping lmao. i trust them. 

looking at the reviews, they're very positive. like mindset changer.
