I’m proud of him, I’ve been a fan since his debut and the Starboy era is my favorite! Blinding Lights is just THAT good and deserves all this praise! I can’t wait for his Super Bowl Halftime show, I’m sure he will deliver!

After the Super Bowl, he will get huge streams. He might go back to #1 with Blinding Lights.

Honestly, the only reason this song has been as successful (and most of the number one songs released last year) is because of the pandemic and because there were fewer releases.

 

Regardless, good for him on having the biggest song of all time on a chart but in no way is it the biggest song ever. There have been at least 100 songs in the last 5 years that were more well-known than this.

What?  I mean, I love "Blinding Lights", but to say it's the biggest song of all time?  "Thriller" exists. "Like A Prayer" exists. Hell, I may not know The Beatles' discography like that, but EVERYBODY knows they're the kings of music. And "Blinding Lights" is beating all of THEIR songs, too?

And it's certainly not the BEST song, either. "Toxic" takes that crown.
